By booking with RoadwayVoyages, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our travel services include package tours, accommodation bookings, transportation arrangements, and related travel services.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings require a deposit of 25% of the total package price. Final payment is due 60 days before departure. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and may vary based on availability, currency fluctuations, and supplier pricing.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 60+ days before departure receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations made 30-59 days before departure are subject to a 50% penalty. Cancellations within 30 days of departure may result in total forfeiture of payments.

4. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and included in our premium packages. We are not liable for costs incurred due to trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances covered by travel insurance.

5. Liability Limitations

RoadwayVoyages acts as an agent for suppliers and is not liable for their acts or omissions. Our liability is limited to the cost of the travel arrangements. Travelers participate in activities at their own risk.

6. Changes and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, political conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will provide comparable alternatives when possible.
